You're customer service representative named Mallory was an
absolute delight. She as patient, courteous, and very helpful.
There was some confusion with my order between styleschecks and
4checks. Mallory explained that styles was affiliated with 4checks.
Styles representatives were telling me one thing, while other
4checks representatives were telling me something else. Mallory
cleared up the situation between the two companies. She was the
first check company person that made sense. Mallory was one the
most pleasant and well trained check company representative I've
ever talked to. Mallory deserves a raise.
However, my experience with another 4checks represenative was
quite different. The first shipment of "It's A Girl Thing" checks
and labels had 5 errors in the first name alone. The first lady I
talk to about correcting my checks and labels must have been in a
bad mood. I called today, July 7, 2011, another 4checks
representatatve told the first person that help correct my first
shipment of checks was named Crystal. I don't know if that is her
name; but the first person to correct my checks and labels was
impatient, rude, and a little condescending. Crystal, or whatever
the correcting checks lady name is, is competent when doing her
job. My new corrected checks are perfect. This particular
representative was accurate, but a little impatient and
patronizing. I was relieved when our business was concluded, so I
could get off the telephone with such an unpleasant person.
